These are: Home Cell Group Explosion by Joel Comiskey and The Shepherd's Guidebook by Ralph Neighbour. These two books will give you a broader and deeper understanding of the role of a Cell Leader and of the Cell Group; they will inspire and challenge you, and they'll help you be better prepared for the task ahead.
